You may wonder: “Would my Darling like a gift?” Our answer: A gift is never a prerequisite for meeting our Darlings. However, each Darling truly appreciates a personal token of your appreciation.

Individual preferences: Inspiration for what might delight your Darling is often found directly on the respective sedcards.

Agency support: If you are unsure or wish to plan something special (e.g. a longer date), contact us. We will discreetly ask on your behalf so your gesture lands perfectly.

No offsetting: Please understand that gifts or tokens cannot be offset against the agreed fee. Any additional voluntary gifts after the date are entirely at your discretion as a gentleman.

In addition to cash, we offer modern, discreet digital ways to settle the fee.

Bank transfer and instant transfer: You can transfer the fee in advance to our agency account. Instant transfers also work at short notice. We hold your prepayments in trust: we only forward the fee to your Darling once the date takes place. That gives you maximum security.

Combination: Often a deposit (e.g. for travel) is transferred in advance while the remainder is handed over in cash discreetly when your Darling arrives.

Future options: We continuously expand payment options for more flexibility. Talk to us for special requests.

Discretion comes first. The fee is usually handed over as follows.

In person and discreet: We recommend handing over the fee right after greeting, within the first 15 minutes, discreetly e.g. in an unsealed envelope. If the first meeting point is outside the hotel room, please use a discreet handover e.g. an unsealed envelope inside a gift bag or book. Once this “business part of the evening” is done, you can focus entirely on your time together.

The “chemistry check”: We want both sides to feel comfortable. If you or the Darling find within the first 15 minutes that mutual chemistry is not enough for the date, the arrangement ends discreetly. Only an expense allowance (actual travel costs and any agency service fee) applies; the remainder of the fee is refunded or not retained.

Extensions: If you wish to extend spontaneously, the additional fee is also paid in cash at the start of the extension. Please check with your Darling in advance whether an extension is possible.

In certain cases we ask for prepayment or a deposit (e.g. to cover travel or as booking security).

For bookings of 24 hours or more.

For travel requiring flights or hotel reservations.

For first-time bookings (by individual arrangement).

A carefree evening: In public settings such as restaurants, bars or clubs, the gentleman acts as host and covers the invitation for his Darling. The fee shown on the sedcard covers exclusive time companionship only.

Our extra for you: All further incidental costs for a date (e.g. tickets, hotel nights) are borne by the client. Through our Feel Good concierge we can arrange hotels, restaurant reservations or transfers in our name. We charge a service fee of between 15% and 25% of the booking value. Just ask us!

Our “no surprises” promise means full cost transparency for you.

No hidden fees: All costs are communicated openly and transparently in advance.

Clarity from the start: At the latest at the beginning of the date you know exactly what amount applies.

No surprise invoices: There are no extra invoices or hidden surcharges from us after the date.

Our Darlings travel for you. Transport costs are calculated individually based on effort (e.g. train 1st/2nd class, flight or car). We agree the details transparently as part of your booking request. All travel costs are passed on to the Darling.

We know business life can interfere. To protect our Darlings’ planning, the following terms apply:

Up to 48 hours before: Free cancellation possible. (Deposits paid remain valid for a new booking for 8 weeks.)

24 to 48 hours before: 50% of the agreed fee is due as a cancellation fee.

Under 24 hours or no-show: The full fee is charged.

Punctuality reflects mutual respect. Because our Darlings reserve their time exclusively for you, we apply these fair rules:

Delay by the gentleman: The booked time generally starts at the agreed time. If you are late, it is at the Darling's discretion whether time can be added at the end. With a delay of more than 30 minutes, billing of the fee starts at that time at the latest.

Delay by the Darling: If your Darling is late, the time is extended at the end without surcharge. If you have follow-on appointments, the Darling will find a fair solution (e.g. fee adjustment or making up time on a later date).

Oh Darling mediation: In exceptional cases of scheduling disagreement, we are here to mediate a solution that works for both sides.

Life is not always predictable. If a booking cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g. sudden serious illness of the Darling, travel restrictions from strikes or severe weather), our fairness guarantee applies:

Rebooking instead of loss: Your deposit does not simply expire. We promptly seek a replacement date or credit your payment toward a future booking.

Full transparency: If no replacement date is possible, we settle as fairly and generously as we can.

Agency support: We inform you as early as possible about obstacles and look for the most discreet, best solution together.

Maximum anonymity: On request we communicate with our Darlings only using a pseudonym you choose, so your identity remains fully protected throughout the process and the date.

Verification: To protect the exclusivity and safety of our Darlings, we perform (voluntary) identity checks for new clients. First-time clients are kindly asked to provide standard screening information (e.g. verifiable business identity or references from other reputable agencies). Proof of age is required for access to exclusive photos or profiles. For bookings over 48 hours or international travel, photo ID is mandatory. Your data are treated strictly confidentially and used only for verification.

Gentleman's code: Our Darlings meet you with respect, charm and undivided attention to create an unforgettable time together. In the spirit of our “gentleman's code” we expect the same respectful, polished behaviour from our clients. A safe, pleasant environment for both sides is the foundation of the exclusive atmosphere at Oh Darling.

Safety and wellbeing: Respectful conduct includes no illegal substance use during the date. Our Darlings may end a meeting immediately in case of inappropriate behaviour or intoxication. In that case the full fee remains due.

Privacy: To protect our Darlings' discretion and privacy, photos, video or audio recordings during your time together are not permitted. Thank you for understanding that this protected space is the basis of mutual trust.
